My mom and niece came to visit last week. We had lots of fun playing games like Five Crowns and Bohnanza. We also enjoyed watching Ty discover new things.

We took a trip to the Avenues to taste the delicious handmade chocolates as showcased on the television show Little Chocolatiers.

Ty loved spending time with his cousin Katrina. She even got him to crawl along side her. It was so cute!

He especially liked showing off his favorite toy which makes noise and lights up. What more could a baby ask for?

We took Ty swimming at the Rec Center.

He had fun hanging out in his floater and didn't mind all the splashing.

It's official...Ty is crawling.

While eating breakfast yesterday morning, Ty was playing on the floor with his toys; or so we thought. He rolled over and discovered the drawer to the coffee table at Grammy and Opa's house. A few minutes later, he startled himself by opening the drawer. So clever!

When I went to get him a couple minutes later, he was chewing on the handle which he somehow managed to remove from the drawer. What an impressive move little one! He figured out how to close the drawer with his foot, so he continued to open and close the drawer as a game. Who needs toys when there is furniture to play with?

Memorial Day

We went to Lake Lowell for a brief moment.

It was too cold and windy to stay for a picnic lunch.

The water was high (notice the trees to the left).

Not the beach, but the view will do.

Grammy and Opa

I love to snuggle with my little boy.

Boise Zoo

We went to the zoo today with Grammy and Opa. It was a little cold, which is probably why most of the animals were out strutting their stuff. It seems like we see fewer animals when the weather is hot.
